Before we arrive, we work with you to set goals and determine action items for our visit. This provides you with a clear agenda, ensuring that our time with you is maximized and efficiently used, as well as provides metrics for you to evaluate our services.
We arrive and execute our plan and goals - this can be a complex multiday planning and strategy session, RFP evaluation, needs identification, secret shopping, or other identified projects. We stay on task, so you get the most of having us at your facility.
After we return to our Colorado office, we summarize our visit and provide you with action items, assessments, and other appropriate documentation so that you can use our work in the most efficient system and for planning your next steps.
