We've built businesses from scratch, grown them, and sold them. We know what works and what doesn't. Now we bring that experience to our clients through strategy, operations, and web design. We stay involved every step of the way.

Who We Are

We're Jay and Jennifer Christianson, and we've been where you are.

We didn't come to consulting from a classroom. We came from the trenches. Specifically, a winery in Western Colorado. Canyon Wind Cellars was one of Colorado's pioneering wineries, founded by Jay's family in 1996. We took the reins in 2010, grew production by 300%, increased sales by 1400%, and sold it in 2016. That experience shapes everything we do at Tin Sheets.

Between the two of us we cover the full picture. Jay focuses on strategy, operations, and business development. Jennifer handles implementation, web design, and marketing. Together we give clients something most consultancies can't offer: real operator experience and the ability to execute on it.

Oh, and that's Saxby. He's our SAR dog and our most enthusiastic team member.
